Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel job in Lacey WA.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate plan and administer physical therapy treatments to help patients restore mobility strength and physical function.
Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments and therapeutic goals.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare team members to ensure effective and coordinated care.
Document evaluations treatment sessions and patient progress according to professional and regulatory standards.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques.
Qualifications:
Active Washington Physical Therapy license.
Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Minimum 12 years of clinical experience preferably in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting.
Strong communication assessment and documentation skills.
