We are currently seeking a Wash Bay Technician to join our Boart Longyear team in Elko Nevada. This individual will be responsible for providing support to the Maintenance and Operations groups.

We are currently seeking a Wash Bay Technician to join our Boart Longyear team in Elko Nevada. This individual will be responsible for providing support to the Maintenance and Operations groups.
Responsibilities
- Utilize high pressure washing equipment and hotsy systems.
- Utilize a variety of cleaning solvents liquids tools and techniques effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness of company equipment Washing of exteriors including underbodies and cab.
- Basic knowledge of drilling and mining equipment.
- Basic understanding of preventative maintenance
- Ability to drive a manual transmission.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
- Ensure proper use of designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely. Adhering to all applicable safety policies and complying with all company policies standards and procedures.
- Ability to clearly communicate with Maintenance Supervisor and mechanics the progress of assigned tasks.
- Ability to work within and promote company vision and values.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision effective time management and ability to stay on task.
- Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with Maintenance Supervisor Mechanics and Operation Teams.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Current/Valid Drivers License
- Possesses or has ability to obtain a CDL
