Job Summary
Job Description: Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements for data analysis and reporting.
- Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and data visualizations to track key performance indicators.
- Conduct thorough data exploration and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of findings.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve business processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIli>
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Desired Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in business analysis or data analytics.
- Experience working in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
- Familiarity with SQL and data querying.
- Project management skills.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $80000 to $100000 annually depending on experience and qualifications. The benefits package includes health insurance retirement plans paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
