About the Role:
Oversee assigned Document Control Specialists
Manage Certificate of Analysis review processes
Review and Research Customer Complaints investigations
Ensure Facility is Audit ready at all times
Managing the Pro-Active Foreign Material Prevention Program
Review New Ingredients and manage monthly food safety audits
Create monthly Trend Review trainings for the plant leadership team
Attend weekly scheduling meetings
Verify Monthly Quarterly and Annual ingredient usages.
Managing and updating the Plants Food Safety Plan Quality Plan Food Defense Plan and Business Continuity Plan
Complete Traceability audits and prep for customer corporate SQF and regulatory audits
IQS (Infinity Quality Systems) owner for the facility
Important Details:
This is a full-time On-site position
Education: BS in Food Science Microbiology or related field OR comparable experience
About You: Youll fit right in if you have:
Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication both verbal and written
3-5 Years technical related experience
The ability to problem solve collect data and effectively present information to managers customers and employees
