Were seeking a Bentley CAD Manager to lead our digital design delivery and technical support this role youll champion the use of Bentley software platformsincluding MicroStation OpenRoads Designer OpenBridge Modeler and ProjectWiseto enhance project efficiency consistency and innovation.

What you will do:

• Develop implement and maintain Bentley CAD standards templates and workflows.

• Provide technical leadership training and support to CAD users and project teams.

• Manage system upgrades licensing vendor relationships and related budgets.

• Collaborate with Digital Design Autodesk and BIM leaders to align company-wide CAD strategies.

• Lead process improvements that optimize digital delivery and design performance.

What you bring:

• Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.

• 5 years of hands-on CAD design experience including 3D design practices.

• Proven expertise with Bentley design products and familiarity with related CAD tools.

• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.

The salary for this position ranges from $89989 to $139182 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
