Our client a prominent internationalAmLaw 50 law firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Structured Finance Practice in Washington DC. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated financing transactions including complex securitizations and warehouse lending facilities within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the District of Columbia in good standing
- 23 years of substantive transactional law experience
- Experience in structured finance and securitization transactions strongly preferred
- Experience drafting complex lending agreements including warehouse credit facilities
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Soft skills: Exceptional communication organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex lending agreements and related financing documentation
- Support securitization and structured finance transactions across a broad range of asset classes
- Assist with warehouse credit arrangements and related collateral and financing matters
- Manage multiple active matters simultaneously and coordinate with attorneys and colleagues across practice groups
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to support financing structures and market developments
