Job Summary

Are you ready to step into a leadership role at one of Melbournes most beloved and historic venues Anglers Tavern an iconic part of the community since 1870 is expanding its team! We are on the huntfor a new Duty Manager to join our already established team as we head into our peak season.

As a Manager at Anglers Tavern youll collaborate closely with the Venue Manager to oversee and enhance the operations of our multifaceted venue. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead a team ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help shape the guest experience.

Essential requirements:

2 years in a similar Management role
Experience working in a wagering venue; TAB
Strong Food & Beverage experience
Presence on the floor during peak service periods including late nights and weekends
Ability to stocktake and investigate the stock loss
Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment
Have a fun outgoing personality with a passion for customer service!
Ability to work weekends & nights
