We are seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant with strong communication and telephone sales skills to drive subscription growth and SaaS product adoption among local businesses in San Antonio MSA.
The consultant will focus on selling:
- Monthly recurring listings (business advertising packages)
- SaaS products (CRM billing online booking etc.)
This role is ideal for someone motivated by high-commission structures flexible work and direct impact on local business visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to local SMBs within the San Antonio MSA.
- Present ESA Buzz Projects local listing packages and SaaS solutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Manage renewals and upsells to grow recurring revenue.
- Accurately record leads opportunities and sales activity in CRM.
- Provide feedback on local business needs and market trends.

Commission-based payout on 3 years recurring monthly revenue generated by your sales:

Residual commissions are paid as long as the client remains active.
No cap on earnings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telephone or inside sales ideally with SaaS or advertising products.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with local business marketing or digital advertising is a plus.
- Self-motivated goal-driven and comfortable working independently.
- Based in or deeply familiar with San Antonio TX area.
