As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist youll be part of a passionate international team helping users with their subscriptions payments and technical issues while adding value and creating amazing customer experiences

Your Responsibilities
Provide top-quality customer support for a leading streaming platform
Handle inquiries related to contracts billing and technical issues
Assist both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support
Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders
Offer additional services and value to existing customers
Engage in upselling opportunities with interested clients after resolving their main issue
Fluent in Danish (C1) and proficient in English (B2)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Service-minded empathetic and customer-focused
Basic understanding of administrative and technical processes
Flexible to work 5 days/week in rotating shifts
(MonFri: 8:0020:00 Weekends: 10:0020:00)
