Our client is a leading global tech provider in intelligent transportation transforming everyday bus travel into a safer more reliable experience. With 10 years of experience and 2050% revenue growth for operators we are now expanding into Peru to support local transit partners.

Job Overview

As an Operations Manager you will lead the expansion and implementation of our platform across Peru. This role combines operational leadership on-ground execution product operations and platform deployment. You will manage deployments drive partner success optimize workflows and identify new business opportunities with bus operators.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution

  • Manage end-to-end deployment of hardware and software (AFCS GPS cameras)

  • Onboard and train operators for smooth platform implementation

  • Monitor operational dashboards and address system issues

  • Lead a team of operations executives managing city operations and client success

Stakeholder Management

  • Build relationships with government bodies operators and local partners

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and support

  • Manage vendors for hardware deployment and local field technicians

Product Operations Enablement

  • Capture partner requirements and support platform configuration changes

  • Drive adoption and engagement metrics

  • Gather feedback and support operational improvements

Education & Experience

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field

  • 35 years in operations business development or product/ops hybrid; transport/mobility tech experience preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management & communication skills

  • Tech-savvy with dashboards Excel/Google Sheets data analysis

  • Willingness to travel extensively and manage a field team

  • Must have a car for moving between sites across the city

  • Process-oriented strategic and data-driven decision-making
