Job Overview
As a Growth Manager you will play a key role in driving our clients expansion across the Peruvian market. You will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new bus operators executing go-to-market strategies building partnerships with key industry stakeholders (vehicle manufacturers financers government bodies and transport authorities) and ensuring the successful implementation of the companys technology platform.
This role is highly dynamic and on-the-ground ideal for someone who thrives in business development relationship management and operational growth within the transport or mobility tech sector.
Core KPIs
Client Acquisition: Number of new buses/operators onboarded per quarter
Revenue Growth: Increase in total revenue from new and existing clients
On-time Collections: Maintain 95% on-time collections from clients
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
Identify approach and build relationships with bus operators transport authorities and government bodies.
Initiate and manage discussions with potential OEMs financers and strategic partners to support market expansion.
Generate leads and manage the end-to-end acquisition funnel from prospecting to client onboarding.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth deployment and customer onboarding.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the companys product capabilities to provide effective client consultations.
Customer and Stakeholder Relations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers vendors partners and other key stakeholders.
Oversee customer satisfaction identify challenges early and propose solutions to enhance the client experience.
Ensure timely collections and maintain strong client trust and collaboration.
Education & Experience Requirements
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English both written and verbal.
Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Business Engineering or a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in on-ground sales business development or growth management ideally within transportation mobility tech or product-based startups.
Preferred Background: Experience in fast-paced tech-driven operations environments.
Skills & Competencies
Proven ability in lead generation pipeline building and funnel management (including on-site visits and product demos).
Strong negotiation communication and analytical skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and demonstrating new technologies.
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the local transportation landscape and competitive environment.
Results-oriented with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Must have a car to freely travel across different locations and client sites within the city.
