We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive IT Technician to join the ICT Support Team at a high-achieving and forward-thinking secondary school in Oxford Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and developing the schools IT infrastructure.

Role Information
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support maintaining hardware and software troubleshooting network issues and assisting staff and students with IT queries. The role requires strong technical ability excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience and Qualifications
Proven IT support experience ideally in an education setting
Working knowledge of Windows Microsoft 365 and network management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Relevant IT qualification (CompTIA Cisco or similar) desirable
Salary
Paid according to experience and local support staff pay scale
