Job Summary
What you will do:
The Buyer will manage strategic sourcing procurement and supplier selection for Indirect purchases to support business needs. This role aims to enhance efficiency in executing Commodity strategies achieving savings and improving supplier performance. You will drive third-party sourcing activities assess supply sources and develop pricing methodologies while identifying new suppliers and products.
How you will do it:
- Implement procurement strategies to meet delivery quality and cost objectives.
- Oversee supplier selection and maintain a strategic supplier database.
- Conduct Spend Analysis and accurate reporting.
- Manage procurement transactions including supplier approvals and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with teams to establish best-practice sourcing practices.
- Lead initiatives to enhance savings and Trade Working Capital.
- Support local and regional procurement initiatives and assist with RFPs.
- Ensure compliance with the Global Procurement policy.
What we look for:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in business or related field.
- 3 years in supply chain management or procurement.
- Experience in negotiating contracts with suppliers.
- Ability to perform Spend Analysis and manage ERP systems.
Preferred:
- Experience in a diverse matrixed organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
