About the Opportunity
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives on accuracy and efficiency If so join our Johannesburg team as an Accounts Receivable Officer where you will play a key role in managing the full accounts receivable cycle from invoicing and reconciliations to timely collections while working closely with finance sales and customer service teams to keep operations running smoothly. This is your chance to:
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle including invoicing reconciliations and collections.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions and customer records.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and support customers with payment inquiries.
- Collaborate with finance sales and customer service teams to keep operations running smoothly.
About You
To succeed in this role you will have previous experience in an accounts receivable or finance role within a multinational organisation. Your excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels will set you up for success. Other requirements are:
- A Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite exposure a bonus).
- Highly organised detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong MS Office skills particularly Excel
- Confidence working with multi-currency and overseas transactions (advantageous)
