Job Summary
Were looking for a detail-oriented and fast-learningAdmin Intern to support the Commercial & Creator Growth team. Youll handle the core administrative flow from documentation and reporting to assisting in production coordination ensuring campaigns and partnerships move seamlessly across creators brands and media platforms.
What Youll Do
- Prepare and manage commercial and production paperwork (quotations SoW PO invoices etc.).
- Support the team in tracking campaign deliverables creator schedules and client timelines.
- Collect compile and update weekly performance and revenue reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners for product delivery stock-in/out and returns when required.
- Assist in production tasks from pre-shoot planning to on-set coordination.
- Perform other related administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Marketing Media or Communication.
- Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets comfortable handling data and logical calculations.
- Strong attention to detail responsible and organised under pressure.
- Good communication skills collaborative and eager to explore how the creator and media ecosystem operates.
- Proficient in Vietnamese; able to read and write basic English.
