Your mission is to create a profound positive impact for both clients and tech professionals. You will embed yourself deeply in your clients organizations acting as a strategic advisor to understand their core business goals. Your purpose is to drive their business forward by securing the critical IT talent they need to win.
Simultaneously you will build and nurture an exclusive network of high-level tech professionals acting as their trusted career advisor. Your goal is to meaningfully shape their careers by guiding them to opportunities that fulfill their skills and ambitions. You are the central connector dedicated to delivering outcomes that matter.
Performing 360 degree recruitment consulting to deliver the values to clients and high-level techprofessionals.
Act as a Strategic Client Partner: Go beyond job orders. Serve as a key advisor to clients (C-level HR Tech Leaders) gaining a deep understanding of their business model strategic objectives and technical challenges to consult on talent strategy.
Build Elite Talent Networks: Proactively identify build and nurture long-term trust-based relationships with a network of high-level IT professionals. Act as their dedicated career advisor understanding their expertise motivations and long-term goals.
Drive Business Development: Identify prospect and develop new client accounts within the IT/tech domain who require a high-touch consultative service. Negotiate and close service contracts establishing the foundation for a long-term partnership.
Manage Impact-Driven Recruitment Cycles: Own the end-to-end 360 recruitment process for senior and business-critical IT roles. This includes strategic consultation requirement-taking in-depth sourcing and assessment and sophisticated offer management.
Deliver Expert Market Consultation: Provide clients with expert data-driven advice on market intelligence salary benchmarks employer branding tech stacks and effective hiring strategies that attract top-tier talent.
Ensure a Premium Experience: Guarantee a sophisticated high-touch experience for both clients and candidates managing expectations with transparent communication throughout the entire process.
Analyze & Report for Excellence: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (e.g. time-to-fill conversion rates client/candidate satisfaction) to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
Experience
Education: Bachelors degree above
>2 years of experience in 360-degree tech executive search talent mapping.
Strong sourcing skills (active & passive) for IT candidates; familiarity with tech stacks and roles (CTO VPoE AI Engineer IT Consultant Developer DevOps Product Manager etc.).
Ability to screen and interview technical candidates; assess both technical and soft skills.
Experience managing full recruitment cycle; follow up with candidates ensure acceptance & smooth onboarding.
Competency in reporting & analyzing recruitment data: conversions time-to-fill acceptance rate retention.
