As the ICT Coordinator you are the primary Data Research and Market Analysis Expert powering all high-level recruitment operations. You are not merely a supporter but the Talent Data Pipeline Builder for the Executive Search team.
Your core mission is to lead data and information gathering activities. You will delve deep into the market building a strategic data pipeline of high-potential talent and clients. Your purpose is to ensure our consultants are consistently equipped with precise timely information to make optimal recruitment and business decisions.
Subsequently you are secondarily responsible for Data Integrity and System Operations ensuring all acquired information is meticulously processed formatted and integrated into the CRM. You are the data provider an indispensable force in translating market information into successful recruitment actions.
This role is divided into three critical areas each focused on elevating the efficiency and strategic capability of the Recruitment Consulting team.
Strategic Sourcing Pipeline: Develop and maintain a proactive search system to identify high-potential candidates providing accurate contact information matching strategic job requirements.
Client Lead Asset Creation: Conduct targeted market research to identify businesses/clients that may require high-touch recruitment consulting services.
Actionable Data Preparation: Collect cleanse and aggregate candidate and client contact data into strategically valuable lists ready for consultants to convert into business opportunities.
Talent Document Standardization & Asset Creation: Receive raw CVs execute a strict quality control process (spelling layout structure check) and format them according to ITviecs highest standards transforming them into professional precise talent assets.
Strategic Storage System Optimization: Enter standardized CVs into the CRM/ATS system performing intelligent classification tagging and assignment to maximize future data searchability and utilization.
Strategic CRM Hygiene Maintenance: Manage the CRM/ATS system ensuring data is always up-to-date and accurate to support decision-making and guideline-compliant ownership transfers.
Data Supply Chain Protection: Monitor and oversee handovers to prevent lead/candidate attrition (drop) ensuring continuous operational flow.
Process Enablement: Understand internal sales/process guidelines to guide and ensure consultants adhere to established operational standards.
Market Outreach Platform Management: Ensure the posting of critical job opportunities on is executed professionally and timely.
Brand Representation: Ensure job post content is accurate attractive and reflects the highest brand standards of ITviec.
Education: Bachelors degree above
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in admin support for recruitment sales consulting support internal admin roles or executive search
Skill Set & Attributes:
Proficient in CRM/ATS and data management tools (Excel/Google Sheets). Requires accurate data entry/cleansing.
Proven research/information gathering skills for strategic data acquisition.
Strong writing/document editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Business English communication (spoken & written)
Requires Logical & systematic thinking and strong adherence to guidelines.
Experience:
Preferably has experience or familiarity with the recruitment / headhunting environment especially in IT recruitment
Market research experience for Talent Mapping in executive search firms
Personal Attributes:
Good internal communication skills; a supportive and cooperative mindset when working with consultants recruitment & sales teams.
Resilient under workload pressure; capable of handling many tasks simultaneously.
Self-driven & independent in work; able to take initiative without needing step-by-step instructions.
