Job Summary
Electrical Maintenance Planner
Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 a.m.4:30 p.m. (some overtime and weekend work may be required)
Estimated Hourly Conversion: $36$38/hour
About the Role
Were seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Planner to support a high-performing maintenance this role youll be responsible for planning scheduling and coordinating all electrical maintenance activities ensuring maximum equipment uptime efficiency and safety. Youll combine your technical expertise with strong organizational and communication skills to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Plan schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective electrical maintenance tasks.
Utilize the CMMS system to manage work orders labor resources and maintenance schedules.
Create purchase requisitions manage parts ordering (MRO) and ensure timely work execution.
Track asset information documentation and maintenance records for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with technicians vendors and contractors to complete maintenance safely and efficiently.
Review maintenance metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and reliability.
Ensure all work follows safety standards GMP and code compliance requirements.
What You Bring
5 years of experience in the electrical trade facilities operations or maintenance planning.
Strong understanding of CMMS or EAMS systems and MRO processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and strong data management skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Proven leadership teamwork and a strong focus on safety.
