Job Summary

Job Title :IT Project Manager (Agile Python Power Automate LEAN Process Improvement)

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Experience managing five to ten projects concurrently ensuring all deliverables adhere to industry best practices and established development standards.
Skilled in cross-disciplinary review identifying skill gaps developing training and improvement plans and providing actionable feedback to enhance team performance.
Proficient in workflow analysis and process optimization applying LEAN principles to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
Experience conducting business process analysis in collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders leading to the creation of formal business requirements use cases and workflow documentation.
Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming languages including Python and PHP.
Skilled in automation scripting using PowerShell and developing low-code solutions with Power Automate to streamline business processes.
Strong understanding and practical experience in Agile software development methodologies.
Bachelors degree or higher in a field related to IT Management.
