Job Summary
Successful candidates must have 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Must have at least 4 years solid litigation experience. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering or related degree required. Exceptional writing skills are a must. USPTO registration number preferred.
