Location: Dearborn MI Hybrid (4 days in office)

Experience Required:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Human Resources Finance or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 5 years specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll as a Functional Architect or Lead Consultant.
Oracle Payroll Cloud Certified Implementation Professional (or equivalent current certification).
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) module including configuration of timecard layouts approval workflows and time calculation rules.
Experience in designing writing and testing Oracle Fast Formulas for various HCM modules particularly within Payroll.
Experience with full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (requirements gathering design configuration testing deployment post-go-live support).
Strong understanding of core HR business processes and their integration with Payroll.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective system solutions.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) presentation and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
