Power Platform Developer Business Process Manager

MW Partners is currently seeking a Power Platform Developer / Business Process Manager to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Build or enhance tools to automate product launch process steps.
• Collaborate with Pricing Operations team Product Managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions to streamline product launches.
• Prioritize activities based on customer impact business needs project dependencies and overall strategy.
• Lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions ensuring alignment with the organizations target architecture and technical standards.
• Conduct thorough unit testing to validate functionality & reliability and create clear comprehensive documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5 years of experience in application development.
• Excellent Power Platform and SQL development skills with a particular emphasis on Power Apps Power Automate SharePoint.
• Experience connecting Power Platform solutions with Azure services APIs or external systems.
• Understanding of role-based security data protection and compliance within Power Platform.
• Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking principles to build efficient scalable solutions that prioritize usability and intuitive workflows.
• Skilled in creating user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to navigate ensuring a seamless experience for end users.
• Experience leveraging feedback and analytics to continuously improve solution design and user satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills to research and identify issues root cause and proposed resolution.
• Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills.
• Proven confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Approach work with positive energy curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Working knowledge of standard software applications (SharePoint PowerPoint Excel Word Teams Acrobat Outlook).
• Experience with Dataverse data models and embedding Power BI within Power Apps is preferred.
• Other nice to have skills include experience with Atlassian Confluence Wiki automation processes VBA Jira SAP.
