Job Description:
We are hiring a Platform Engineer with hands-on experience in Lucidworks Fusion Solr and Elasticsearch to manage and maintain our enterprise search platforms. This is an admin-heavy role - focusing on platform setup scaling identity management and performance optimization not development.

Responsibilities:

Administer and customize Lucidworks Fusion and Elasticsearch clusters.
Manage search pipelines connectors indexing jobs and security (RBAC).
Tune performance monitor cluster health and handle capacity planning.
Automate tasks using Bash/Python.
Work with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

Qualifications:

7 years in Fusion/Elasticsearch administration
Strong understanding of search engine architecture and relevance tuning
Experience with data ingestion replication and scaling
Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
