Job Summary

Position: Form Cleaner

Work Location: North Randall OH 44128

Payrate: $18.20/hr

Duration: 3 Months role with high chances of extension/conversion

Shift: 7:30 - 4:00 (Mon - Fri) occasionally Saturday 8:00 - 12:00

Dress Code: casual

Job Description:

Count inbound forms and verify against expected receipts.
Properly document discrepancies and damages.
Report such to supervisor/manager/lead.
Determine need for cleaning/oils. Sort as appropriate.
Safely operate hand tools to remove debris or damaged wood from forms.
Safely operate power tools such as grinder or table grinders to remove other debris/dirt from forms as determined to be needed.
Apply fresh Form oil as deemed necessary using provided sprayers.
Stack cleaned/prepped forms per category/size and stock/store properly.
Pick outbound prepped forms for transfers and/or live customer orders as required/instructed.
Perform general shipping processes such as wrapping and applying proper shipping labels etc.
Perform general housekeeping responsibilities such as sweeping mopping etc as instructed/needed.
Maintenance damaged repairable forms as instructed.

Requirements:

Able to lift 75lbs.

Use all provided PPE as instructed/intended.

Operate forklift pallet jack grinder and hand tools such as hammers and chisels.

Basic math such as counting adding and calculating area (length x width).

Safe use of water-based form oil and applicator.

Other duties as assigned
