Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant/Analyst to support marketing operations by managing and analyzing data in Salesforce and Excel. The role involves running reports auditing data identifying discrepancies and performing data cleanup tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Run and analyze Salesforce reports
Audit and clean up marketing/sales data
Research market trends and customer behavior
Prepare and present data-driven reports and insights

Required Skills:

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP XLOOKUP Pivot Tables)
Salesforce (strongly preferred)
Data auditing and data quality review
Strong analytical communication and time-management skills

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field (preferred)
2 years of relevant experience
