Job Summary

Portfolio Management
- Lead the planning prioritization and execution of multiple AI and digital assistant projects across the subsurface and wells domain.
- Oversee budgets timelines and resource allocation for AI initiatives.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for AI adoption and performance.
Strategic Alignment
- Work closely with subsurface wells and production teams to identify pain points and opportunities for AI integration.
- Align AI projects with business goals technology strategy and data governance frameworks.
Technical Leadership
- Collaborate with data scientists ML engineers and software developers to design train and deploy AI agents tailored to geoscience reservoir and well engineering use cases.
- Translate complex domain requirements into actionable AI project charters and specifications.
- Ensure solutions are explainable robust and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a bridge between technical AI teams and domain experts (geoscientists drilling engineers reservoir engineers etc.).
- Communicate progress insights and outcomes to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
