Summary:

Configure and maintain test environments (hardware software network) replicating production systems.
Design and execute test plans cases and scenarios to verify software performance and safety.
Identify document and report defects issues and vulnerabilities.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve test efficiency.
Perform Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) automation and system-level testing for avionics platforms.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure testability and product quality.
Maintain all test documentation metrics and artifacts in compliance with security and data standards.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree and 3 years of software engineering experience or Masters degree with 1 year.
Proficient in NI TestStand NI VeriStand NI LabVIEW or similar HIL platforms.
Hands-on experience with NI PXIe systems and hardware integration.
Strong programming skills in C/C Python MATLAB or similar.
Familiar with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Excellent problem-solving troubleshooting and communication skills.
Comfortable working with lab equipment and automated test environments.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HIL techniques AI tools or avionics display system verification.
Knowledge of avionics communication protocols (MIL-STD-1553 ARINC 429 CAN) is a plus.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance if sponsored.
