PRN Days; General hours M-F 7a-5:30p
Must be actively enrolled in a sonography program
BLS Preferred
The Opportunity
Performs ultrasound studies specific to veins and arteries including but not limited to carotid aorta mesenteric renal bypass grafts hemodialysis maturation and pre-op mapping venous reflux mapping and intraoperative guidance; physiologic arterial testing including pulse volume recordings and exercise stress testing. Assists with the interpretation of study results. Assists with ongoing training of technologists and students. Interacts with multiple databases and patients EMR as part of testing.
We are seeking patient centered self-driven motivated Ultrasound Technologists who are committed to providing exceptional patient care in sonography. To be successful you will need to be able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously. The ideal candidate will be highly organized adaptable task oriented resourceful and possess strong communication skills.
