Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative II (CSR II) to join a dynamic and team-oriented environment. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to support Account Executives (AEs) Account Managers (AMs) and producers in servicing client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance a passion for delivering exceptional service and a desire to grow within the organization.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $55000 - $65000 annually commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Account Executives Account Managers and producers in servicing client needs.
- Process endorsement requests and ensure accurate updates in Nexsure.
- Assist with renewal marketing and obtain loss runs.
- Serve as backup support for the team as needed.
- Handle mid-market accounts with a focus on construction-related accounts ranging from $200000 to $500000 in premium.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Nexsure software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Ambitious with a desire for professional growth.
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
