Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities like bathing grooming and toileting
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping meal preparation and medication reminders
- Maintain a safe and healthy home environment
- Adhere to individualized care plans and document services provided
Requirements
- Active CNA PCA or HHA certification
- CPR certification
- Recent TB test (within the past 12 months)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate dependable and excellent communication skills
