About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Works Supervisor to ensure service excellence for a large-scale social housing contract by efficiently coordinating managing and monitoring subcontractor performance of facility management service delivery for a large-scale social housing contract. This role aims to guarantee the safe timely and client-desired delivery of all necessary works meeting both Programmed Facility Management (PFM) and client quality standards. This permanent full-time role based in Parramatta plays a crucial part in the delivery of facility management and contributes to important services for the community.

Reporting Line: Service Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure professional service delivery meeting client satisfaction.
- Communicate work updates and commencement dates to customers and service teams.
- Coordinate works management from planning to completion.
- Review work status and monitor project expenditure against budgets.
- Ensure safe successful and profitable work outcomes.
- Assess OH&S resources and requirements before work commencement.
- Communicate work requirements plans and timelines to staff.
- Oversee timely resolution of site issues and champion safety culture and compliance.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have experience in building trades/services or facilities management (or similar) in a supervisor management or planning/ scheduling position. You will have a can-do attitude natural ability for people engagement and passion for excellent service delivery.
Additionally you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Trade qualification(s) desirable and/or FM experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of building and construction- desirable.
- Current drivers licence.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook & Powerpoint).
