• Have previous handyman construction or restoration experience
• Enjoy working in teams and supporting others
• Are motivated to learn and take on challenges
• Take pride in helping people through tough situations
• Like hands-on physical work with visible results

• Respond promptly to emergency situations including water and fire damage.
• Perform restoration tasks such as water extraction demolition cleaning and setup of specialty drying equipment.
• Load inventory and maintain vehicles with tools equipment and supplies.
• Communicate job site findings safety concerns and progress with supervisors.
• Interact with customers with professionalism empathy and clear communication.
• Ensure each job site meets SERVPRO quality and safety standards.

• Valid drivers license
• Willingness to work on-call shifts (including evenings weekends and holidays)
• Previous restoration construction or related experience preferred
• IICRC certification a plus (training provided)

• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly (up to 100 pounds with assistance)
• Work in varied environments (attics crawl spaces heights outdoors)
• Safely operate and work around cleaning and restoration equipment
• Repetitively push pull lift and carry materials and tools
