CSR Accounting Assistant

Job Description: Culligan Accounting assistant CSR is responsible for data entry of Accounts Payable and Receivable daily reconciling in QuickBooks and working with Management to identify possible improvements needed inside the financial management of the business.

Daily

1. Handle all customer inquires related to billing or payments

a. CSR to answer phone will attempt to solve before transferring to billing.

2. Enter incoming invoices.

a. Input into accounting system/service titan for tracking and update price book to reflect accurate COGS.

b. Maintain running AP balance reconciled with bank account daily.

3. Manage all outgoing Invoices

a. Finalize and post all batches

b. Process automatic payments

c. Manage customer payment information inside of CRM.

i. Update expiring info

ii. Notify customer of upcoming due dates

iii. Notify customers of past due invoices

iv. Notify customers of failed payments

v. Manage delinquent customers.

4. Help with the following as needed.

a. Daily Deposit

b. Scheduling service work

c. Answering billing questions

Weekly

Clean up credits in the system by applying them to open accounts.

Monthly

Assist in compiling month end financial reports.

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
