What youll achieve

As the Group Learning Senior Specialist you will join Dedalus Group HR team reporting totheGroup Head of Talent Learning and Inclusion.The aim of this role istosupport us in continuing tobuild andscale our global learning capability at Dedalus.

You will:

• Manageglobal training programmesacross the employee lifecycle(including but not limitedtoonboardingDiversity & Inclusiondevelopment programmes reskillingetc. from planningand designtoimplementation andevaluation.

• Work directly with subject-matter experts and stakeholders tocollate learningbusiness needsas well asdesigningand delivering structuredregionalplans.Management of the global training calendar to manageeffectiverollouts.

• Manage our learning content providermaintainingthe relationship with the provider and ensuring internal promotion and engagementof the platform is managed. This includes from licence management tolearning path creation.

• Establish and reinforce global training standards processes and best practicesincluding compliance with our governance model.

• Support the development and rolloutofinitiatives to scale delivery across regionsand build an engagedlearning community.

• Manage and optimisethe use ofLMS(Workday)including courseand learning pathssetup monitoring and reporting.

• Create and curate engagingcontent for a range of training delivery methods such asdigital and instructor-led content.

• Monitor participation and effectiveness producing regular reports and dashboards thatdemonstrateimpact and inform improvements.Ensure learning data requests required internally and externally are met.

Essential Requirements:

• 5 years experience in L&D training or instructional design

• Experience ideally in a globalenvironmentwithin the STEM industry

• Proven experience designing delivering and co-ordinating training programmes end-to-end

• Hands-on experience managing an LMSincluding uploading coursesreportingand tracking etc.Workday Learning experience is a must

• Ability tocollateinformationfrom the businessandtoeffectivelystrategize and managewithin clearproject plans.

• Strong project management organisationalcommunicationand stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficiencywithcontent authoring tools (for instructor-led and digital training)and familiarity with learning standardsand models (ADDIE Kirkpatrick blended learning microlearningetc).

• Experience with facilitations and train-the-trainer techniques.

• Analytical mindset and ability to use data and reporting to measure and improve learning outcomes.

• Collaborative proactive and excited about building structure and processes from the ground up.
