As a Product Manager at Plaid youll define and drive products that help millions connect move and manage their money. Youll partner with engineering design and go-to-market teams to translate customer needs into impactful high-quality products.

This role suits someone early in their PM career who loves to learn collaborate and build meaningful solutions that improve financial lives.

Responsibilities

    • Own a product area: define problems write clear requirements and drive execution with cross-functional teams.
    • Shape the roadmap using data feedback and market signals.
    • Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive high-quality experiences.
    • Use metrics and user insights to measure and improve outcomes.
    • Communicate clearly align stakeholders and guide decisions.
    • Act with a founder mindsetsimplify move fast and embrace feedback.
    • Learn continuously and help raise the bar for Plaids products and culture.

Qualifications

    • 14 years of experience in a product-related role (e.g. Product Manager APM startup operator founder or product analyst).
    • Proven track record of building or launching products end-to-end.
    • Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver value quickly.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas simply and effectively
    • Comfortable operating in fast-moving ambiguous environments.
    • Familiarity using AI in your day-to-day product work such as prototyping research or analysis.
    • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
    • Nice to Have Experience in fintech.
$163200 - $223200 a year
The target base salary for this position ranges from $163200/year to $223200/year in Zone 1. The target base salary will vary based on the jobs location.

Our geographic zones are as follows:
Zone 1 - New York City and San Francisco Bay Area
Zone 2 - Los Angeles Seattle Washington D.C.
Zone 3 - Austin Boston Denver Houston Portland Sacramento San Diego
Zone 4 - Raleigh-Durham and all other US cities

Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan including medical dental vision and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience and skillset and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
