Description

The Global Transformation Manager is responsible for the deployment of digital solutions across the Sherwin-Williams enterprise with a focus on his/her specific process/function domain. A critical part of the role will involve engaging directly with global and regional process leadership to raise the awareness and acceptance of the digital solutions. This role will be required to speak to and demonstrate the global digital solution. This role is highly collaborative and will involve constant cooperation and coordination with our global business units digital technology teams the enterprise data organization as well as change management to ensure a smooth solution confirmation implementation and adoption. The functional must support concurrent deployments as well as continuous improvements and advancements to the Sherwin-Williams digital tool set. This position will report directly to the respective track lead.



Responsibilities

1. Lead the process/function domain through all phases of an implementation lifecycle (design build test cutover and production support)

2. Serve a single point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle for the process/function domain.

3. Organize and deliver services (e.g. solution confirmation design workshops user story/acceptance criteria documentation test scenario definitions test cycle execution cutover planning and execution etc.) through all phases of an implementation lifecycle.

4. Lead and effectively manage a team of business analysts & provide guidance as needed

5. Display both breadth and depth of knowledge across functional and technical domains

6. Consult with Organizations Global Process Owners to maintain overall process and digital solution integrity.

7. Promote adoption of piloted digital solutions with internal businesses across geographies

8. Monitor delivery progress and effectively communicate progress & RAID (risks issues action items decisions) to the Program Management Office. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks. Proactively assess key risk areas at each point in the implementation and adoption make recommendations as needed to overcome them for the process/function domain.

9. Provide counselling/coaching leadership and support for team members.

10. Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process1. Lead the process/function domain through all phases of an implementation lifecycle (design build test cutover and production support)



Qualifications

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

Bachelors Degree (or foreign equivalent) or in lieu of a degree at least 5 years in experience in the field of Information Technology or Business (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of Information Technology or Business)

Preferred:

Product Vision or Oracle Cloud ERP certifications related to FG Formulation functionality.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

5 years of experience in deploying and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Product Vision or other application platforms with a focus on FG Formulation solution.

5 years of product management or equivalent project management experience

5 years leading delivery of technology solutions including business-specific and enterprise applications in alignment with business objectives

1 years of managing projects

In-depth knowledge of FG Formulation business solution and well versed with industry leading practices.

Experience with multiple large-scale programs and projects leading process optimization efforts and driving standardization is desired.

Ability to lead a diverse team of business technology and consulting resources across multiple work-streams.

Proven ability to gain credibility at all levels quickly excellence relationship management skills.

Demonstrate ability to influence change supporting implementation of new concepts tools and transforming culture.

Stay abreast of platform updates and new features to propose continuous improvements.

Investigate and resolve issues related to FG Formulation solution.

Provide support to business users and address system-related concerns.

Supervisory experience or team responsibility

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to address issues with tact and diplomacy in order to reach consensus across wide range of diverse business teams.

Knowledge of Product Vision or ERP operating systems tools and databases

Prior product management experience and leading teams effectively

Preferred:

Experience 1 or more end to end implementation lifecycle across multiple geographies while leading a process/function domain.

Ability to lead the initiatives as well as partner at a strategic level with the senior stakeholders.

Prior knowledge of key process and technical products within FG Formulation.

1 years of experience implementing and utilizing agile methodologies for development in a technology organization
