Key Accountabilities

• Develop new client relationships through proactive outreach networking and referral partnerships.
• Drive profitable growth in loans deposits and assets under management by identifying and meeting client needs.
• Partner with private banking account executives and colleagues across business lines to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Manage portfolio quality through active monitoring of loan renewals financial performance and covenant compliance.
• Deliver exceptional service and advice that consistently exceeds client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal partners to retain existing clients and support total relationship growth.
• Engage in community and professional organizations to build visibility and strengthen referral networks.
• Provide financial insights and guidance on market trends and banking solutions to support client success.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or related field or equivalent experience
• 8 years of sales experience with strong knowledge of banking products and advanced credit skills
• Proven success in business development and portfolio management

Preferred:

• Experience working with high-net-worth or healthcare clients
• Formal credit training or advanced financial planning experience
