Role:Assistant General Manager/General Manager

Location:Mumbai Maharashtra

Position Summary: We are seeking an innovative and strategic Business Intelligence Product Team Lead. With strong experience in retail lending products from the perspective of evaluating product profitability. Thus expertise is required in analysis and modelling of loss rates; operating expenses; manpower productivity; income streams like yields fees etc.

This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise in data and analytics managing and growing a team of entry-level/<3 years of experience. The role also requires close interaction with business leaders including the CEO. Thus good presentation skills and written communication skills are also very important.

Key Responsibilities: Product Planning & Development

Research retail lending products. Develop plan to launch new products

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Product Marketing Finance Operations)
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies (e.g. machine learning predictive modeling big data) to identify opportunities for new data products/revenue streams and continuously improve existing BI solutions

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education:Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics Business Analytics or a related quantitative field

Technical Skills:

Expert proficiency in excel power point is a must

Good to have: SAS and experience with database management systems and data warehousing concepts. Expertise in BI and data visualization tools ( Power BI Qlik).

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence data analytics or a related data field with proven experience in a leadership or management role.
Product Development:Demonstrated analytical experience in planning and developing retail lending products and managing project lifecycles
