Job Summary

Job Title: Accountant-Service-Finance-Surat-50k

Experience: 5 yrs (in Finance or service industry)

Salary - Upto 50k

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong finance background (preferably from the service industry) to manage multiple company accounts handle taxation compliance (GST TDS Income Tax) and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain financial records handle accounts payable and receivable for multiple companies.
Manage GST TDS and Income Tax filings and ensure timely compliance.
Prepare accurate financial reports profit/loss statements and summaries using MS Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables etc.).
Handle data entry and reconciliation in accounting software (Tally or similar).
Draft professional emails and coordinate with management clients and auditors.
Support internal and external audits ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
Manage cash flow and maintain organized documentation for all financial activities.
Should be capable of managing accounts for multiple companies handling fund movements and managing TDS & Income Tax related to the service industry. Candidates with experience in finance or service companies are preferred not from taxation or CA firms.

Requirements

Education: / / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting finance or similar roles (preferably from service industry).
Strong working knowledge of GST TDS and Income Tax compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Table MIS) and Tally or similar accounting software.
Good communication skills - English proficiency (verbal & written email drafting).
Strong analytical ability accuracy and accountability in managing multiple ledgers.
