As we embark on a new era of growth were looking for a skilled Project Manager for a 12-month fixed term to lead a high-impact branding initiative that touches every corner of our business. Following the recent merger of MyState and Auswide Bank were now part of a dynamic group with four trusted brands MyState Bank Auswide Bank SelfCo and TPT Wealth. This gives us a broader reach and an even stronger commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and communities.
This is a unique opportunity to manage a transformative project that spans marketing people technology property compliance and both customer and employee experience. Youll be at the heart of a strategic shift helping to embed our brand in current and emerging markets while bringing it to life for our people and customers.
Why Youll Love This Role
As Project Manager youll be based in Hobart Brisbane or Bundaberg and will lead the end-to-end delivery of our branding project. Youll apply robust project governance and frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic objectives while supporting subject matter experts to define scope roles sequencing resourcing and key dependencies. Youll manage cross-functional teams across marketing IT compliance property and operations and oversee the deliverables and commitments of external partners including creative agencies and technology vendors.
Youll bring clarity and momentum to the project developing and executing risk management strategies and ensuring fit-for-purpose change management plans are in place. Youll work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels and compliance with regulatory requirements. And youll help energise the brand through engagement activities that connect with our customers communities and staff.
What Were Looking For
Youll have a proven track record delivering large-scale branding or transformation projects ideally within financial services and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. Youll hold a Project Management certification (PMP PRINCE2 or Agile) and bring exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Youre someone who can manage complex timelines and budgets and who thrives in a fast-paced environment where youre both a strategic thinker and a hands-on contributor. Youre comfortable wearing multiple hats influencing outcomes and paying close attention to detail while keeping the big picture in view.
