Single-Family Servicing is responsible for outcomes related to collection of mortgage payments due; loss mitigation programs that provide opportunities for distressed borrowers to stay in their homes; and asset disposition for the $3T Single-Family portfolio. We set strategic servicing initiatives to provide technology products and programs that help Servicers effectively and efficiently service Freddie Mac loans. We manage strong relationships with our Servicers to support their performance and compliance with Freddie Mac requirements. We provide servicing portfolio analytics to inform our business decisions including analytics related to Servicer performance.
Leading a team of 20 employees you will bring management and expertise related to the following:
15 years related professional experience
8 years people management experience
College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred
Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that reduce financial loss and improve operational outcomes
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance assessment policy evaluation and data-driven decision-making
Familiarity with Single-Family default cost management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with natural disaster impact analysis and portfolio exposure monitoring is a plus
Strong people leadership skills
Thorough understanding of mortgage servicing
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive servicing performance
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving servicer performance gaps
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously
Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering measurable business value

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $244000 - $366000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Required Experience:
