Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Arlington MA.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and daily living activities under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and adaptive techniques
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective care
Maintain compliance with facility policies and occupational therapy standards
Qualifications:
Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Massachusetts
Strong communication clinical and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing rehabilitation or long-term care setting required
