We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client a top Irish law firm who are seeking an experienced Legal PA Team Lead to join their Dublin office. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated professional to lead a team of PAs ensuring the delivery of exceptional administrative support across the firm.

The Role
Lead motivate and support a team of Legal PAs to deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial support
Oversee team workload ensuring tasks are prioritised and deadlines met efficiently
Act as the main point of contact for PA-related queries and workflow coordination
Collaborate closely with partners associates and the wider business support teams to maintain high service standards
Ensure the consistency of document production client correspondence and diary management across the team
The Person
Minimum 5 years experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary in a busy law firm
Previous experience supervising or mentoring others in a team environment
Excellent organisational communication and leadership skills
Strong document management formatting and typing abilities
Proactive professional and client-focused approach
Ability to work under pressure prioritise effectively and maintain attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
