The Role
Provide maintenance support across production and packaging machinery in a high-speed manufacturing environment
Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Support continuous improvement projects focused on reliability and performance
Ensure adherence to health safety and food quality standards at all times
Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to meet operational goals
The Person
Third level qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) essential
Proven experience in a high-speed production environment ideally within FMCG or packaging
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Strong team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
Keen eye for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
