Our Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator is a new role supporting Talent Acquisition activities across the Hesley Group.

Your Role:

Were seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Youll play a vital role in onboarding compassionate professionals who provide life-changing support to vulnerable adults. You will also:

• Ensure compliance within safer recruitment practices and guidelines.
• Manage pre-employment checks including DBS references and right-to-work documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment practices.
• Support with the co-ordination and arrangement of interviews across the organisation.
• Update the Home Office Sponsor Management System where appropriate.
• Manage the administration of our ATS including ensuring user permissions are up to date and carry out data cleansing.
• Develop and produce dashboards and reports.
• Manage our referral bonus scheme.
• Support the implementation of the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy by conducting research and assisting with co-ordination of projects.
• Role model our EVP and promote Helsey Group as an Employer of Choice.

We are seeking an organised detail-driven professional with a passion for people. Some of the key skills and areas of experience we are looking for:

• Hands on experience of recruitment vetting/onboarding.
• Ability to analyse data/information and summarise and present.
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• A genuine interest in adult social care and making a positive impact
• High attention to detail.
• Desire to learn and for continuous improvement.
• Highly customer focused.
• Knowledge of safer recruitment practices.
• Right to work including visas and sponsorship/willing to work towards gaining this knowledge
