South Coast Baptist College is seeking a warm professional and friendly individual committed to upholding our Colleges Christian values. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication problem-solving and time management skills with a positive flexible attitude.

Position Requirements:

Daily Responsibilities:

Clean classrooms offices staffrooms and toilets.
Replenish supplies (toilet rolls hand soap paper towels).
Empty rubbish bins load dishwashers and wipe surfaces (windowsills door handles).
Lock rooms turn off lights air conditioning/heating after cleaning.
Report damage or concerns to the supervisor.

Weekly Tasks:

Remove spider webs and spot clean walls.
Disinfect taps sinks doors and toilet cubicles.

Termly Duties:

Clean light fittings ceiling fans and air vents.
Deep clean rubbish bins and door frames.

Additional Requirements:

Promote Health and Safety and report any incidents.
Maintain and care for college equipment.
Perform other duties as required.

Flexibility positivity and confidentiality.

Desirable:

Experience in education facilities or cleaning.
Knowledge of hygiene and disinfecting practices.

A personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ.
Active participation in a church or Christian community exemplifying Christian beliefsbehaviour and practices.
Acceptance of the CollegesStatement of Faith.
Ability to build cooperative and supportive relationships with the Board Principal staff students and parents.
Commitment to personal best practice.
Ensure decisions are impartial fact-based and fair.
Modelappropriate and proper channels of communication.
Consistently act in the best interests of the College and its ethos.
Adherence to all policies and procedures outlined by SCBC.
Commitment tomaintaining a child-safe environment in line with the Colleges values and policies.
Possession of the following certifications:
National Police Clearance
Working with Children Check
First Aid Certificate
