Job Summary

Job Highlights:

Job Description:
Youll provide strategic financial guidance to multiple growing businesses working directly with founders and business owners during their most critical growth phases. Beyond traditional accounting youll serve as a trusted financial advisor and brand representative helping startups make informed decisions while positioning for scale. Youll also contribute to educational content that empowers the broader entrepreneurial community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive accounting services to startup and transitional companies across various industries
- Serve as a customer-facing representative in white-label situations positioning yourself as a dedicated team member
- Offer strategic financial guidance and accounting expertise to business owners navigating growth challenges
- Create educational video content on accounting best practices and financial management for the learning management system
- Prepare financial statements tax documents and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Work collaboratively with clients at different stages of their business lifecycle from early startup to established business
- Build long-term relationships with clients as they scale and potentially grow into fractional CFO support
- Communicate complex accounting concepts clearly to non-financial business owners and stakeholders
Requirements
- 1-7 years of accounting experience with formal accounting education and diploma/certificate
- Strong understanding of US accounting practices regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor for direct client interactions
- Experience creating educational or training content with comfort appearing on video
- Proven ability to explain complex accounting concepts to non-financial audiences
- Bonus if you have CPA designation or equivalent professional certification
- It helps if you have experience working in white-label or consulting service models
- It helps if youre familiar with startup accounting challenges cash flow management and growth-stage financial planning
