Job Summary

The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) is the main point of contact between the preschool and parents. She ensures a positive parent experience through excellent communication professional handling of inquiries and consistent follow-up. The CRO is responsible for maintaining the preschools image managing admissions supporting marketing and events and ensuring parents are always informed and satisfied.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Education or a related field.

  • 0-1 experience in customer service preferably in nurseries or schools.

  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Presentable positive and professional appearance.

  • Organized detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
