Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Power BI Specialist to join our Business Intelligence team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI development and data visualization with proven experience building complex dashboards reports and analytics solutions to support business decisions across departments.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards reports and data models
Translate business requirements into technical BI solutions
Optimize and automate data flows and reporting processes
Work closely with the Data Finance Marketing and Operations teams to provide actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across all BI deliverables
Implement advanced analytics and visualization techniques to highlight key business trends
Manage permissions roles and data governance within the Power BI environment
Stay updated on new Power BI features tools and best practices
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Power BI experience (DAX Power Query Data Modeling Report Building)
Strong SQL and data management skills
Experience working with large data sets and data warehouses
Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
Proven experience in a regulated industry ideally Forex FinTech or Financial Services
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Must be based in Limassol Cyprus
