- Identify and approach potential clients across key industry sectors in China.
- Promote our recruitment services and secure signed recruitment agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams and hiring decision-makers.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of candidates.
- Monitor market trends and hiring activities within target industries.
- Represent Personal Connect at networking events and within the local business community.
- Keep accurate records of all client activities contracts and job orders.
